Patrick Swayze dies at age 57

OH my goodness!

I still remembered the good old days when I just love Dirty Dancing. It was one of those first movies that I got so hooked on that I watched it for at least 3 times.

This makes me think even more how fragile life is and how we cannot take life for granted. Hence, I am still following Tony Robbins’ health advice of taking at least 70% water based food like veggies in my diet. I have also cut out meat ( yes, even chicken ) and coffee.

Now that my firewalker “blisters” have finally decided to heal, I’ll be starting my jogging regime next week when hopefully, the pain would have be gone by then!

Mastering your health is definitely one of the very first step that everyone should do before we even master anything else!
