Singer, Songwriter Paul Davis Dies

Singer Paul Davis, well known for the hit “I Go Crazy” which was popular in 1977, died Tuesday of a heart attack.Davis was 60-years-old. He passed away at Rush Foundation Hospital, in Meridian Mississippi, the city he grew up in.Other popular hits by Davis include “65 Love Affair,” “You’re Still New To Me,” and “Ride ‘Em Cowboy.” But his hit, “I Go Crazy,” from the album “Singer of Songs – Teller of Tales,” climbed the charts in 1977, peaking at No. 7 and staying in the Top 100 for 40 weeks.Read Full Story
