In the late '90s and early '00s, we were presented with the "Frat Pack" comedies starring Will Ferrell, Owen and Luke Wilson, Ben Stiller, and Vince Vaughn. After that boat sailed, they evolved into the box office blockbuster Apatow comedy machine producing first rate works that blended raunch and sweetness while adding actors like Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, and Seth Rogen into... In my opinion, I Love You, Man is the first great comedy of 2009. A
primary reason for that is the work of Paul Rudd , who is as funny as ever here.
His character, Peter Klaven, tries to make himself seem more hip by throwing out catchphrases and nicknames of his own invention. The trouble is, he's inventing them on the spot, and they never, ever come out exactly the way he has them planned.
There's a new reel of some of Peter Klaven's finer moments. I'm a bit worried that the outtakes... Read Full Story
Paul Rudd was on “Late Night at Conan O’Brien” this week and boy is he hawt! Most people have only just started to take notice in Paul but I have been in lust with him since seeing him in “Clueless.” He is currently promoting his new movie, “Role Models.”
He chats about lying to Bruce Springsteen, a prank gone wrong, co-writing his new movie, and he shows a hilarious scene from “Role Models.”

Plot:
Paul Rudd and Seann William Scott star in Role Models as Danny and Wheeler, two salesmen who trash a company truck on an energy drink-fueled bender. Upon their arrest, the court gives them a choice: do hard time or spend 150 service hours with a mentorship program. After one day with the kids, however, jail doesn’t look half bad.
Surrounded by annoying do-gooders, Danny struggles with his every neurotic impulse to guide Augie (Christopher Mintz-Plasse a.k.a McLovin) through the... Read Full Story
It took some time, but a movie finally came along this
year to dethrone
Over Her Dead Body as the worst film of 2008.
The offending movie was, of course, Disaster Movie , which simply couldn't
be worse. You know it's bad when the celebrity impressions are so terrible that
other characters have to introduce them.
"Dr. Phil," exclaims one character when a bald fat guy
started talking with a southern accent. "Is that Jessica Simpson," asked
partygoers when a blonde in a football... Read Full Story
I saw "Role Models" last night. I saw the Metacritic score. It was a 59. People were very lukewarm about this movie. I understand their criticisms about this movie. "Role Models" is about a pair of co-workers from a energy drink company go to school to school to teach the high schoolers to not do drugs. You have Wheeler (Seann William Scott), the womanizing lunkhead that is obsessed with breasts and Kiss -- and not in that order. On the side of the fence, there is Danny, a man that is...
