BOSTON, Oct. 9 (UPI) -- Investigators are searching for possible DNA links to Philip Markoff on hundreds of pieces of evidence in the Craigslist killing in Boston, prosecutors say. Markoff''s lawyer, John Salsberg, told a judge Wednesday he has not responded yet to a request by prosecutors for a sample of his client's DNA, The Boston Globe reported. Salsberg said he needs to discuss the issue with Markoff, who was not in court. The Boston Channel : The fiancee of a former Boston University medical student accused of killing a masseuse he contacted on Craigslist has visited him in a Boston jail and is standing by him, her lawyer said, but their summer wedding plans have been called off.
