The closing arguments in the Phil Spector 's second degree murder trial continued today. Spector's defense attorney Daron Weinberg argued that Lana Clarkson, the actress found dead of gunshot wound in Spector's home, killed herself by gunshot wound. Prison officials reportedly let Phil Spector out of jail yesterday to give him the opportunity to get some work done on his pearly whites.
The murderous producer reportedly paid out of pocket for all of the the transportation and security costs involved in his trip to his personal dentist in Toluca Lake, California. Immediately after his treatment, Phil was transported back to prison to serve out the remainder of his sentence.

When Phil Spector complained that his jail, the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility & State Prison was unsafe, authorities agreed to move him to Pleasant Valley State Prison for his protection. Now, however, his wife is saying that Phil’s afraid that the new prison will kill him because it is infested with the fungus which causes Valley Fever.
