I guess we don't yet have enough information to judge - there are a number of factors that could sway my opinion one way or another. For instance, did de Vellis use company equipment to create the video?  Did he post the video to YouTube from the office via their Internet connection and IP?  Was he at all influenced by the team of people working directly on the Barack Obama campaign?
