Wouldn’t that be a much nicer name for this crap I am putting up with !! Day 4 of the Swine Flu(I guess)experience, my son seems a bit better and now old dad is feeling his age. Now was that a catchy title or what.. I guess my family has now joined the exclusive worldwide Swine Flu club this past weekend. I spent this past weekend hiking  a little known jewel that lies within the city of Madison Indiana.  Crooked Creek is a small tributary of the Ohio River that gets it start near the intersection of highway 421 and 62 in Jefferson County Indiana, from it’s junction with the Ohio River and thru most of it’s trip thru Madison it is a slow mostly dry and trash strewn creek, but in it’s upper reaches and after a heavy summer rain this place can become just as magical as any other mountain stream... Here is a couple more shots from last week when I had a chance to get out before the fall colors were blown away.  Both of these shots came within a few yards of each other, the top one on one of the staircases that lead down to Clifty Creek and the other was just along the loop road that travels thru the park.
