As we planned, we are at Cave Point right now! It's very icy and the cold Lake Michigan waves are battering the shore and ice - simply beautiful! 2 cars just pulled up and the folks are down by the icy cliffs enjoying the breathtaking view. This lake is “hidden” right outside of town of Mt. Pleasant, PA, near the small town of Bridgeport, PA.
We stopped here the other evening after having dinner at Bell’s Steakhouse (formally The Barn at Rts 31 & 982) and since this lake was so close, we decided to stop and relax for a while.
Soon after we arrived, I got this and several more photos of this awesome sunset! This is what it looked like! I did NOT photo shop any of these colors!
