Dr. Barry Eppley has forever linked his name to my death
Thanks to Dr. Barry Eppley and his "Super Lawyer" Todd Richardson, my death, whenever it occurs, will be permanently linked to the name "Dr. Barry Eppley". I have omitted the TM denoting this name as being trade marked, since in relation to my eventual demise, the Trade Mark of his name is totally irrelevant.
Regardless of when and how I meet my demise, Dr. Eppley's voluminous legal filings of complaints, affidavits, motions, exhibits, etc. ad infinitum, now forever remain in the public domain for any interested party to read, copy and use.
The detailed photographic, video and medical documentation regarding the devastating physical and emotional damage I have suffered as a direct result of surgery performed by Dr. Eppley in April 2001 flies in the face of every "expert" choosing to recognize the "Emperor's New Clothes". The rational thinking, analytical general public, however, sees through that quagmire of BS.
My obituary will name every doctor who influenced my life for good and ill, and describe exactly how those who destroyed the good health I entrusted to their hands, and those I literally begged for help, who possess the skill to restore even the slightest degree of normal function chose to leave me to die the slow and horrible death which has been my daily existence for too long.
Dr. Eppley, I would not allow you to touch my body again for anything on Earth. I am living proof that you certainly did not possess the skill to perform a very straight forward face lift procedure on me with the inclusion of the necessary release of the platysma muscle. You lied about every point upon which I chose you over 5 other surgeons willing to perform my surgery.
Drs. Feldman and der-Sarkissian, the 2 surgeons who should have helped me, who possess the skill to do so, have chosen, in their own ways, to sacrifice my life to the statistics of "bad outcomes". My death will stick to all of them when it is too late to do anything about it. I hope they will remember, when the time comes, that they chose that fate, and remember their duplicity in claiming how I chose mine.
