Before she had plastic surgery, she was a cute girl, but with rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, lip augmentation, and a forehead implant to give her face a more feminine look, she is truly stunning and as a result, came in first runner up at Miss Universe in 2006. After the pageant, she was given numerous endorsements and modeling opportunities, so her investment in plentiful plastic surgery paid off. The only negative comments towards Honey Lee are complaints that someone who paid money for their looks should not be allowed to compete in a beauty contest, because the event is not about 'who spent the most money at the plastic surgeon'.
