Q-Games are the developer behind the popular PixelJunk series of downloadable games for the PS3. The series kicked off with PixelJunk Racers soon moved on to PixelJunk Monsters and finished off with PixelJunk Eden, with PixelJunk Shooter currently in development. However, it seems as if Q-Games might just consider working on a sequel to PixelJunk Monsters. That’s according to Dylan Cuthbert, President and Executive Producer of Q-Games, who responded to a query about the possibility of PixelJunk Monsters 2 as follows: “I really hope to make a sequel too! Pixeljunk Monsters Deluxe Honestly Rocks. You Should Exchange Money For It. We gave Pixeljunk Monsters Deluxe a perfect 4/4 because it’s awesome . Naturally, that makes the game a desirable product. And we all know pirates like to steal products, rather than pay for them. If you’re one of those pirates, reading this post, then you should probably be informed that piracy hurts game developers. PixelJunk Eden Encore will be available on the PlayStation Network this Thursday, the 16th of April. The expansion pack for Eden will cost $5.99. According to Dylan Cuthbert, President and Executive Producer of Q-Games, Encore will “have the best of everything from the original game, with great pacing, well-designed levels and heaps of new ideas.” Cuthbert also revealed that the game features an Easter Egg at the end of the game which is that players will get a very special mode once you get all the Spectra in the expansion. PixelJunk developer Q Games has said that it's not likely to port any more games to Sony's PSP handheld due to piracy.
