Texas Polygamy Raid, 400+ Children Rescued

Texas state officials have taken temporary legal custody of 401 kids from the Warren Jeffs’ polygamist compound in Schleicher County. The removal of the children was related to a raid on the compound, which began when authorities received a complaint from a 16 year-old girl, who has yet been located or identified.
