Politics have turned into a name calling business that has nothing to do with the safety of America. That has to change because America needs to be protected, and so do our troops.
I was listening to 850AM radio on the way home from work today, and Jeff Katz (conservative, pictured above) was ranting about CAIR being allowed to adopt a street in Davie, Broward County, Florida. Quick background: CAIR = Council on American-Islamic Relations, the group that handily defeated Michael Savage by taking sponsors away from him and won the copyright infringement case. Jeff Katz = former PA cop, fired from last NC talk show, nickname is "Mr. Right". After Katz was ranting for so... Read Full Story
In the wake of Hurricane Ike, a massive relief effort was launched by FEMA and the Army Corps of Engineers to take care of those left homeless by the storm. I had the opportunity to assist in this effort, so I did. I had just delivered a load at Wal Mart in McClenny Florida. The mission was to get a load of meals in St. Petersburg Fl and take them to the Astrodome in Houston Tx. After the hit FEMA took following their efforts after Katrina, I decided to post my trip on my blog here to show... Read Full Story

July is a big... Read Full Story

"On the back of the One Dollar bill, you will see two circles. Together, they comprise the Great Seal of the United States. The First Continental Congress requested that Benjamin Franklin and a group of men come up with a Seal. It took them four years to accomplish this task and another two years to get it approved. If you look at the left-hand circle, you will see a Pyramid. Notice the face is lighted, and the western side is dark.
This country was just beginning... Read Full Story

Thirty years ago under the a clear night sky filled with stars, I joined the class of 1978 and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Tumon, Guam. Guam is one of the United States’s few remaining territories and it is as American as Apple Pie….or at least as Pineapple!

By Justin Quinn , About.com Guide to US Conservative Politics OK, I'll admit it. I'm a convert. Three weeks ago, I had no idea who Sarah Palin was or what she was about. Then, I started researching running-mate possibilities for presumptive Republican presidential nominee John McCain, and noticed a grassroots effort to get the Alaska governor on the ballot. Her name seemed to be everywhere, and I started to wonder if it was a horrible trick, dreamed up by some lovestruck, basement-dwelling... Read Full Story
