Kevin Braniff, who plays for Portadown, was told by a judge it "beggars belief" that he was out drinking 10 pints of beer in the middle of the season.Of course, Braniff got off pretty easy anyway, but still...The judge added: I don't understand how a professional footballer in February, which would be during the season, is consuming 10 pints of alcohol at a time when he would have been training for his next game.
