Ellen DeGeneres gushes partner Portia de Rossi is ‘perfect’

Chat show host Ellen DeGeneres has revealed she is 'settled' with her 'perfect' spouse and actress Portia de Rossi.

DeGeneres gushes about her partner in a new interview with Oprah's magazine O.

She also appears on the cover of the December issue covered in Christmas lights alongside Oprah, who is holding the power switch.

Inside, the 51-year-old lesbian comedienne reveals she and de Rossi, 36, are 'perfect for each other'.

"She is so beautiful and so smart and so funny. I have that sense of 'I'm done now.' I'm settled," she reveals.

"I know that part of my life is taken care of. I've got love. I've got someone who will be with me till the day I die," she said of the sultry Australian actress.

The couple were married on Aug. 16, 2008 before the passage of Proposition 8 that bans gay marriage in California in November of the same year.
