Prime Minister of Iceland
Johanna Sigurdardottir was named the Prime Minister of Iceland in 2009, becoming the world's first openly gay prime minister. As she steps into office, she'll be expected to fix the country, which is in total financial ruin.
The Icelandic government decided at a cabinet meeting on Friday to launch a partnership between Iceland's government-appointed strategic planning task force and the Anthill, the grassroots organization responsible for the National Assembly of November 14.
