New York designer Irina Shabayeva's collection took the gold in "Project Runway," winning $100,000 toward her line, an agent and a trip to Paris. Judges Heidi Klum, Michael Kors, Nina Garcia and Susie Menkes chose Shabayeva over Carol Hannah Whitfield, who came in third, and Althea Harper, the runner-up. NEW YORK (Reuters) - Irina Shabayeva won the sixth season of the fashion reality show "Project Runway" on Thursday in the conclusion of the hit cable series which was delayed for months by legal wrangling. yeah, so i stayed up and watched the season finale for the 6 season of project runway and you know what? i am disappointed. i was pretty pissed last night about who won. to me, it was really clear who was best, and that person didn't win. i sat there and watched althea's collection and it was mostly boring with a few nice pieces. i watched carol hannah's and was incredibly stunned by 98% of her work. practically every piece i was thinking how badly i wanted it. i watched irina's and it was ok. very black which honestly makes things boring. and i ...
