Q'Orianka Kilcher

Actress Q'Orianka Kilcher , best known for her role as Pocahontas in the 2005 film The New World , was arrested at the White House Wednesday along with her mother. The two were protesting a visit from Peruvian President Alan Garcia. Kilcher's father is a Peruvian Indian. Q'Orianka, 20, and her mother Saskia, 41, were taken into custody by U.S. Park Police after Kilcher handcuffed herself to the White House fence and her mother poured a black substance over her.
