Hair411: Rachel Ray's Secret is Out of the Bag, and It's Not a Recipe

Rachel Ray's perseverance, determination, and sparkling personality have made her the success she is today, but let's not forget the importance of her look. It's helped that she's put-together from head to toe, and her hair is one shining constant. Hair stylist Emma Heser is one of the people responsible for Ray's lustrous locks.

"She is a pleasure to work with and her energy inspires me as a person," Heser says of Ray. Besides being one of Ray's personal stylists, Heser has worked on 30 Minute Meals and done makeovers on The Rachel Ray Show. She's worked with a few other famous heads of hair, namely Molly Sims, Kate Bosworth, and Carmindy from What Not to Wear. Heser also beautified Leann Womack's locks for her newest album and video.
