(Getty Images) more pics » Legendary music producer Phil Spector , inventor of the "Wall of Sound' production technique, has been found guilty of second degree murder in the shooting death of Lana Clarkson , according to the LA Times . A Los Angeles jury took nine days to reach its decision, after an earlier jury was deadlocked at 10-2. The verdict comes more than six years after Clarkson was found dead at Spector's Los Angeles home. Spector could face up to 18 years in prison as a result of the guilty verdict. Court TV reports Rachelle Short Spector had given an interview to them on Friday, as well as another interview with the Sunday Mail, hence the Judge's outrage: On Sunday, an article purporting to be an interview with Spector appeared in Britain 's Sunday Mail. The story was filled with bombastic comments attributed to Spector, including the statement "the judge doesn't like me," and criticism of jurors, whom he described as "12 people who voted for George Bush." Rachelle Spector - who at 28 is 41 years younger than her husband - revealed she has been pining for her husband since he was jailed for 19 years for the murder of aspiring actress Lana Clarkson last month (29.05.09).
