The Tennistalk panel has voted and the writers have spoken. After an almost unanimous vote, the Australian Open semifinal between Nadal and Verdasco has been named the 2009 ATP Tour Match of the Year.  

Twentieth-ranked Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic will make his SAP Open debut, organizers of the men's professional tennis tournament in San Jose announced Thursday. Berdych is the sixth top-25 player to enter the tournament, Feb. 8-14, 2010, at HP Pavilion.
