The Office 4.4 - "Money"

Okay, who else feels bad for Michael Scott (Steve Carell)? He's a Regional Manager by day, a beaten-down telemarketer by night, and subject to an abusive live-in girlfriend at every moment in between. There isn't a better comic foil on television right now.
Who else feels bad for Dwight Schrute (Rainn Wilson)? His Schrute Beet Farm Bed & Breakfast is up and running but Dwight is dying inside. After his break-up with Angela (Angela Kinsey), Dwight has fallen on tough times. He seems to spend most of his nights up moaning and some of his work day in the stairwell moaning. He also has to watch Andy (Ed Helms) attempt to woo Angela at the workplace. Dwight is in such a funk that he can't even hate Jim (John Krasinski).
At least everything is going good with Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Jim these days. They got to spend a lovely day and night at the aforementioned Schrute Beet Farm B&B;, which seemed lovely. The two of them are such nice folks that they care about Dwight and his ongoing battle with chronic depression.
Of course, everything seemed to turn out good in the end. Michael and Jan (Melora Hardin) are having money problems but Jan loves Michael and is going to help him get through their debt. Jim even had a very touching moment in the stairwell with Dwight by spilling his guts about how much it pained him to see Pam with her ex-fiance.
For those of you not watching "The Office", you are missing out. Sure, it's a great comedy but it really has a big heart. I have found that the serious moments on "The Office" are now my favorite ones. This is a show that will be remembered for years to come.
On a side note, I am thinking of jumping trains and going off the grid someday too.
