Ralph Boyd is Assistant Attorney General, Civil Rights. According to whitehouse.gov: Most recently, Ralph Boyd was a partner with the law firm of Goodwin Proctor in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, he was Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts from 1991 to 1997. While serving as a federal prosecutor, he received the U.S. Attorney General's Special Achievement Award for Meritorious Acts and Service on Behalf of the Department of Justice.
