Sony Pictures just released some official stills of 'The Karate Kid,' which stars Jaden Smith, Jackie Chan and Academy Award nominee Taraji P. Henson . The film is a new version of the 1984 hit of the same name that starred Ralph Macchio, Pat Morita , and Elisabeth Shue . In this remake,work pressures cause a single mother (Henson) moves to China with her young son (Smith); in his new home, the boy embraces karate, taught to him by a master of the self-defense form (Chan).
