An arrest warrant has been dropped for actor Randy Quaid and his wife after they were accused of stiffing a California hotel on a $10,000 bill. Prosecutor Lee Carter says the warrant was recalled after the Quaids posted bail of $20,000 each last week. Randy and Evi Quaid skipped out on their fourth court hearing in Santa Barbara yesterday.
The couple are currently on the hook for not paying a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch a few weeks back.
Last week, the Santa Barbara prosecutor announced that he was filing extradition papers to have the couple forcibly moved over for their hearing from their home in Texas. Those papers could take up to four weeks to go through.

Well look what the cat might not have to drag in after all.
Randy and Evi Quaid have posted bond and there is no longer an outstanding warrant for their arrest on charges of bailing on a $10,000 hotel bill , according to the Santa Barbara District Attorney's Office.

Randy and Evi Quaid, who allegedly defrauded an innkeeper and then skipped four court dates, have finally posted bond, according to the Santa Barbara Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter.
The couple posted a total of $40,000 today, and will be required to appear in court to face charges on December 15. If they fail to show for that date, a bounty hunter will be sent out to get them.

Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly were having dinner at Phillipe, a restaurant in West Hollywood, CA. After they finished they hopped in their car and began to leave. Apparently some alcohol was had for dinner. Well no sooner than they drove just inches when a cop stopped them. The nice cop actually suggested Dennis didn’t drive and asked the couple to “get out of the car”.
