Randy Quaid (born October 1, 1950) is an actor and older brother of fellow actor Dennis Quaid. Randy Quaid is known best for movies such as "National Lampoons Christmas Vacation" and "Independence Day."

We mentioned a few days ago that the Santa Barbara prosecutor threatened to extradite Randy and Evi Quaid from Texas after they failed to show up for two hearings in a row. Well it turns out, they never did go through with that extradition, and instead, just rescheduled their hearing date again - for today. The Quaids skipped out on that one as well however, and now, the prosecutor is really getting those extradition papers ready.

Somehow, it’s news that someone didn’t really get arrested for something, he just almost did. Dennis Quaid was reportedly about to drive his car after a night of drinking in West Hollywood last night, when a cop pulled up alongside him, and asked him to reconsider.
