Japanese fashion designer Issey Miyake, who survived the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, has urged US President Barack Obama to visit the city on the anniversary of the attack as part of his drive to rid the world of nuclear arms. The collection contained both bright and dull colors, with hues ranging from pale peaches to bright blues and purples. It’s been a long ten years since Issey Miyake brought us the latest in fragrance, but finally Miyake’s giving us something to grin about, the wait is over. The newest perfume is named A Scent. Yes, we realize it’s not the most creative of names, but we hear the scent makes you want to grab dozens off those shelves, and the bottle is pretty awesome too.
