U.S. District Judge Xavier Rodriguez sentenced Raymond Gagnon (GAN'-yuhn) in San Antonio on Friday to 16 years and eight months in federal prison. An affidavit released by Orange County District Court in Vermont contains testimony from a 14-year-old girl who says deceased 12-year-old Brooke Bennett was being trained to be used for sexual acts.
