Is it risky? Of course there is always a risk with everything, but if done properly, the risk can be mitigated, and you can make a substantially higher return on your money than any stock or bond available these days, with much more safety. I have a list of investors who have experience buying and selling property and are able to find them for huge discounts and then resell them for a slight discount, making it a win for everyone concerned...
