Inventory swelled a bit this week, as a few more new listings came on the market.   There were some pretty good deals that closed this week, too — take a look at the sales prices on Lombardy Way and Pleasant Hill Drive below.   Buyers are definitely enjoying prices that they haven’t seen in decades.
