A community portal about Real World/Road Rules Challenge with blogs, videos, and photos. According to Wikipedia.org: The Real World/Road Rules Challenge is a reality television series on MTV, a spin-off of that network's two flagship reality series, The Real World and Road Rules. The Challenge pits cast members from past seasons of the two shows against each other, usually dividing them into two separate teams according to different criteria, such as by gender, which of the two shows they first appeared on, etc. The two teams must complete challenges in order to win prizes and advance in the game. Recent seasons have taken a cue from other reality shows by adopting the system of eliminating contestants based on performance, or having a team vote a member into an elimination round, in which they must compete against a member from the other team to determine which one goes home.
RW/RR Challenge: The Ruins - MTV Shows - Real World Cancun The Real Word/Road Rules Challenge is coming back this fall! The eighteenth season of the series casts twenty eight contestants - fourteen of whom have won past challenges and fourteen of those who have never won a challenge, thus this season is Champions Vs. Challengers. Check out the trailer above for this season which looks like another one full of good ol' drama, and that's why I love it. Click here to read who is on this season... Read Full Story
I kind of feel like the finale snuck up on me. I don’t know why, it’s not as though I haven’t watched every week and seen people go, but I was still like “whoa, THIS is the finale?!”
I was admittedly pretty sad to see Landon lose that last duel. It’s tough when it gets down to the end and I like all the guys on the show. So him losing was really tough to see, because if I had to choose, I’d pick him over Brad based just on performance. And as much as I like Mark, I kind of feel like he... Read Full Story
The Duel has been a bit of a rough ride for me, what with losing Ryan, Davis, and Ruthie all within a couple of weeks. I was heartbroken over Ryan losing, and I really had hoped Ruthie was going to win the whole thing. Fortunately, some of my faves are still left.
I have to say that the drama between Paula and Dunbar has gotten old to me, and I’m glad they both went home this week. I generally like Paula, but she is going CRAZY! And with her on the show, I really miss Johnny Bananas... Read Full Story
In August when I was deciding who to bring from reality TV, I really wasn’t sure. We originally wanted to bring someone from Laguna Beach, but after talking to the management company Reel Management, the individuals were too expensive or dealing with legal issues. I asked all the KAT members who they wanted. Their response, Tonya Cooley. I asked them, “Why?” The overwhelming answer was that she was the bitch on the show, she had attitude, and it would be neat to know what she thought about... Read Full Story
One of the funniest moments at last year’s Real World Awards Bash was when C.T. from RW Paris got into a scuffle with RW Seattle’s Stephen and he yells, “I’ll pepper that guys sauce!” I have never heard anyone say that before he said it and I have never heard anyone say it since, except [...]

After a rather busy day, I was pondering what I will do with my evening. Read some Glamour ? Continue with one of my books or dooce ? Watch some Netflix?
Then it occurred to me, right in the middle of these thoughts, that a RW?RR Challenge aired on Wednesday night and I have not yet watched it! Imagine that, thinking I had nothing in particular to do when I have this all important show to watch.
Yes, folks, I have been that busy this week. But for now, books, Netflix, and Glamour... Read Full Story

Anyone who knows my TV habits well could probably attest to me not watching reality TV. I’m simply not interested.
However, I make one exception to this, which is the Real World/Road Rules Challenge. I absolutely love the show. Can’t help it. I eagerly await new episodes when they come on. I would go so far as to say that I anticipate this show as much as my boyfriend anticipates Real Time with Bill Maher.
Imagine my total happy surprise when I went through the Tivo To-Do list and... Read Full Story
Wednesday Shows Highlight by Da Vinci The Real World On this weeks The Real World trouble , trouble trouble in paradise, lol. It seems like Ashli finally gets a taste of the real Dunbar. It's like they always say sex ruins any friendship, although they deny the claims. This weeks episode was chocked full of the two bickering. Also Cohutta may have injured himself jumping off a cliff, go figure, lol. The roommates are still competing for the trip to Europe and it seems Dunbar's team is asleep... Read Full Story
