Have you tried any of the ready made noodles from Trader Joe's that come in those cute little "take out" containers? Pad Thai (or Phad Thai, Thai: ??????, IPA: [p?àt t??j], “Thai style frying”) is a dish of stir-fried rice noodles with eggs, fish sauce plus any combination of bean sprouts, shrimp, chicken, or tofu, garnished with crushed peanuts and coriander. Pad Thai Noodles are one of my absolute favorite dishes. I love Thai food and contrary to what most people think, it is not necessarily spicy.
