how to cook pad thai
Pad Thai (or Phad Thai, Thai: ??????, IPA: [p?àt t??j], “Thai style frying”) is a dish of stir-fried rice noodles with eggs, fish sauce plus any combination of bean sprouts, shrimp, chicken, or tofu, garnished with crushed peanuts and coriander. It is normally served with a piece of lime, the juice of which can be added along with Thai condiments. In Thailand, it is also served with a piece of banana flower.
heres my own version, Sorry for my english barok.. haha!! and correction.. its not a vietnamese dish.. its a thailand dish.. sorry got confused because i cook vietnamese dish too haha
you will need
carrot cut into thin slice
green onion.. cut into thin slice
onion
garlic
rice noodle
pad thai sauce that you can buy in any asian store
fish sauce
bean sprout
egg (scrambled it)
so there you go.. its not complicated, right?!
