(Serves 4) Ingredients: 1 cup brown rice (sweet if possible) 1 ½ cups water 2 cups Rice Dream Vanilla Dash of salt 1 8oz package sugar free Jello Cook and Serve Chocolate Pudding ¼ cups almonds, slivered Instructions: In a pot, bring slightly salted water and rice to a boil.
