Oat crackers and roasted garlic hummus
Dinner:
Free-range Diesle turkey w/ rosemary gravy or green pumpkin seed mole
Tofurkey w/ vegan stuffing and gravy
Stuffing w/ walnuts, candied orange peel, raisins, and fresh herbs
Fresh cranberry-orange chutney
Wild rice w/ Italian chestnuts and pistachios
Thyme Sweet potatoes
Roasted brussell sprouts w/ slivered almonds
Sweet corn with green chili cumin butter
Baby Lima bean w/ garlic herb butter
Garbanzo bean salad w/ Dijon mustard miso dressing
Dinner Rolls
Dessert:
Fruit salad with French thyme honey and Turkish rose jelly
Pumpkin Pie
Apple pie
Gourmet French hot chocolate
