Spinach Pesto Sauce
A simple pesto sauce that is a different taste than the standard red sauce.
Ingredients:

1 cup chopped/washed/drained spinach
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt
2 cloves of Crushed Garlic
1 Teaspoon dried basil
1 handful of fresh chopped parsley
Juice from one lemon
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
