After the Seattle Seahawks’ slaughter of the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, it is safe to say that Jacksonville lacks any pass rush. To be accurate, I would say it’s more of a pass meander. Contribute the problems to whatever you like, but being tied for last in the league with four sacks is not something to be proud of, Jacksonville. Now, I understand the simplicity of the formula: players make plays, and if the team doesn’t have the right players then no one makes the plays. Hayward, a team captain who restructured his contract in the offseason to take a paycut, broke his fibula on a fourth-down play Sunday at Indianapolis. It's a huge loss for the Jaguars, who already are without defensive lineman Rob Meier (shoulder) for the season.
