Reiki As Energy Medicine

Reiki has evolved as an energy medicine, which can be understood through quantum physics principles.  Michael Talbot has written Holographic Universe describing quantum physics, and we recommend that you read it.

Reiki has a similar effect on the body/mind/brain as meditation.  It promotes personal and spiritual growth, expands consciousness, and stimulates intuitive, spiritual, and creative awareness.  One hour of Reiki is equivalent to four hours of deep, relaxing sleep.  Reiki is one of the most advanced natural stress relief and health improvement therapies around.
Reiki is love.  Love and allowance are the missing ingredients in the world. 

This method of energy healing follows Universal Law.  Reiki is not a religion.  Because Reiki is not a belief system, neither a belief in God nor a belief in Reiki is necessary for it to work.  Reiki is unconditional.  Reiki seems to have a mind of its own and knows what to do.

Reiki is transferred to students by a Reiki master or teacher.   Activation of Reiki within a person’s hands is made possible by a simple process called attunement. 

Attunement is the act of empowering you to receive and flow higher vibrations of energy, and is usually given during a workshop.  During the attunement process, a series of sacred healing symbols are sealed into your energy field and you are connected to your Reiki master, an angelic guide, to assist you in flowing the higher vibrations of energy.  The attunement process opens you permanently to the Reiki energy so that you can give Reiki treatments to yourself and others.
