NTCG Threatens Claimant With Imprisonment & Court Order To Prevent High Court Case Against Them

Those of you who have been following this blog would have read my previous coverage of the case involving New Testament Church of God(NTCG) and several of their ministers which was heard at the Bromley County Court in August 2009 following the case being postpone in March 2009 and the claimant application to withdraw the case.

The above case is currently under appeal to the High Court. Despite the fact that an appeal against the decision of the Bromley County Court was lodged at the High Court, and that NTCG's solicitors were informed, NTCG, Sharon Miller of Lee NTCG, David Williams of Ilford NTCG and retired so-called Bishop UL Simpson had made a under-hand application to the Bromley County Court for an Order to enforced cost in relation to the order from the hearing of 10th August made in the absence of the claimant.

NTCG had also hired a company to try to deliver the Order in person. The claimant was not home at the time so the company delivered a letter informing that NTCG will seek to publish the Order in the Press and seek for the claimant to be imprisoned if the claimant is not present next Tuesday 27th October 2009 to be served their Order in person! This was the first the claimant had heard of any such Order which was only confirmed by the County Court in a phone call by the claimant this morning! 

The Order relates to their solicitors' cost after they had the claimant case struck out in August after an application was made to withdraw the case after failure to obtain a solicitor following the Court 's request to do so. This had been well documented in our blog since July and August. NTCG solicitors also did not provide two copies of their claim forms to the Court for service on the claimant and had so far refusing to disclose copies of this application form to the claimant. Efforts are being made to obtain a copy of their application form from the Court which resulted in the Order, as well as to have it thrown out as there is currently an appeal at the High Court against the cost they are seeking as well as the issues involve which they are aware of.

The main culprit is believed to be the lying, scandalous corrupt pastor of the Ilford NTCG who was being used for negligence and a breach of the data protection act after had circulated letters to the church about the claimant. Both Williams and NTCG refused for months to respond to formal written complain and Williams had so far refused to apologise for his conduct. He currently retains his position as pastor of the Ilford church.

The High Court Appeal and the Bromley County Court has now been informed of the recent action by NTCG. NTCG are using and abusing the Bromley County Court and other companies to perpetrate an act of harassment as the claimant choose to take a stand against them rather that to give in to their corrupt ghetto thug behaviour in lodging the claim at the High Court .

There was a police complain made against NTCG and their solicitors in August 2009, but due to the police claiming to only deal with criminal harassment rather than those of a civil nature, their solicitors only received a phone call from the police.

The Bromley County Court has now been informed that they do not have jurisdiction to issue any Order in the case against the claimant as the case was lodged at the High Court where it is being processed. Bromley County Court has now been provided with documentary proof that the case is at the High Court, that NTCG and their sleazy ministers' solicitors were informed of this and they had even sent read email confirmation of receipt of this information. They were also informed in writing on 17th August 2009 that the decision by the Court will be appealed. There is a 21 day period allowed for such an appeal and it is the responsibility of any Civil Court to process an appeal within reasonable time. This their solicitors would know.

Also, if any Civil Court issue an Order, the procedure would be for the Court to inform the person of whom the Order is against, and not the duty of any solicitor to hire a company to serve such type of Orders.

It is clear what NTCG and the corrupt thugs who called themselves ministers, pastors and Administrative Bishop had now resort to. It is very desperate and threatening behaviour by hiring a company to show up at the claimant home to see them in person to make threats in the middle of a high Court case, and relation to an Order they obtained under-handed from a lower Court which no longer have any jurisdiction.

As regards to their Threats to have the claimant imprisoned, oh well, It is amazing what some people and organisation will do when they become desperate. They need to close the reported case due to these blogs online and the damange it is doing to their ministry, or should I say their income. they are frightened by the fact that former members had came forward and willing to speak out against them and exposed them for what they really are.

Unfortunately, much of what the claimant experienced at the Bromley County Court was a result of procedural difficulties. The Court of Appeal is mostly concern with matters of laws and not so much the merit of a case. As a result, many cases with merits where a claimant suffers injustice fails. If the latter should occur in the NTCG case the caimant will take advice on proceeding to the House of Lords if required.

One thing for sure, the claimant will refuse to submit to any Court Order in any case of injustice involving the lying corrupt ministers and pastors of NTCG and would rather be imprisoned as a martyr against NTCG abuse and corruption, and a martyr for true values, human dignity and justice. The claimant is willing to be jailed.

Church Law Campaign had even learnt that one NTCG pastor, Terrance Cain, had tried to physically strangle a member of NTCG and when it was reported, the National Executive met in Manchester and that Bishop Eric Brown conspired with Bishop Louis McLeod of Lee NTCG, Levi Bailey and others to disfellowship the member instead of reprimanding the guilty pastor who had confessed to assaulting the member and whose conduct was worthy of him being dismissed as a minister. There was a secret recording of the National Executive meeting regarding this case, but because Bishop Brown was guilty of administrative short-comings and the members stood up for their rights the National Executives turn on the members. This is the same thing happening in this case where current and former Lee pastors and ministers ganged together to lie, and pastors such as McLeod who the claimant had never met and who was not working at Lee NTCG for him to be a witness to anything, end up providing a false witness statements to the Court. Talk about bearing false witness.

Without doubt, their action is one of panic brought on by these blogs. Lets wait and see if they will now add their recent illegal, hawkish and thuggish action towards the cost they are already claiming. In the meantime, the claimant will confirm no arrangement to meet with anyone they hired for their illegitimate activities. If anything, the claimant is more likely to call the police.

This recent development only confirm the things I and others have been saying on this site regarding the conduct of NTCG and their ministers. They are unchrist-like, corrupt, sleazy, uses bullying tactics and not people any members of the public should get involve with. These are not men and women of God, these are vvery dangerous people who should be avoided by any means possible.
