BELFAST, Northern Ireland, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Two men crashed a car carrying a 400-pound bomb through barriers at Belfast police headquarters but it only partially exploded, authorities said Sunday. The Police Service of Northern Ireland said in a statement the men fled the vehicle after driving it through the barriers Saturday night but only a small explosion followed about 30 minutes later, CNN reported. the statement said.
