Changes in Pacific Grove's zoning ordinance that would allow vacation rentals of residential property will be considered by the city Planning Commission on Dec. 3. The program would require registration of all short-term rentals in the city, said acting Deputy City Manager Jim Becklenberg.  

The Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) has moved its headquarters from Santa Cruz, California to Indianapolis. The trade association for the vacation rental property management industry has also appointed four new members to its board of directors. The VRMA says it has more than 600 property management and associate members in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
