  Civil rights leader Rev. Al Sharpton is very surprised to hear his ex-wife, Kathy Jordan, and daughter Dominique were charged with resisting arrest after an incident with New York City police. Rev. Al Sharpton said that the incident involving his ex-wife and daughter and New York police is “highly questionable”. Sharpton’s ex, Kathy Jordan, 53, and her 23-year-old daughter Dominique, were stopped in Harlem at around 7:30 p.m. on Friday for allegedly going through a red light to pass a police car. Civil rights activist Rev. Al Sharpton 's ex-wife, Kathy Jordan, and daughter, Dominique (pictured left), were cuffed by New York City cops this past Friday night over a traffic dispute. Dominique, 23, was driving in Harlem and allegedly sped through a steady red light. Unbeknownst to her, the young woman flew right past a parked patrol car and was immediately pulled over by "New York's finest." Al Sharpton's ex-wife Kathy Jordan, 53, and his oldest daughter, Dominique, 23, were arrested in Manhattan Friday night for resisting arrest after speeding past a patrol car and through a red light on Eighth Avenue in Harlem, according to the NY Daily News . Sources said as the officers attempted to issue the women a summons for the traffic violation, the pair became belligerent, arguing that they were only trying to get around the squad car that was driving too slow. Friday night Rev Al Sharpton’s ex wife and daughter got into it with the NYPD. Shaprton’s daughter Dominique was driving in Harlem and ran a red light, which led to her being stopped by the cops. His daughter then called her mother Kathy Jordan , which when arrived at the scene saw her daughter in cuffs in the back seat of the cops car.
