The recent annual Kite Fest, sponsored by the Town of Chester, was a fun day for all ages. The Sugar Loaf Engine Co. was on hand offering hot refreshments and residents enjoyed hanging out in the open space. The Bellvale community helped with kites as passersby stopped to take in the scenic view.
