On April 2, 2007 at 4:00 PM, troopers arrested alhgmo jjjdlk age 53, of 33 June Avenue, Warwick RI for 1. Larceny of a Controlled Substance (Methadone-200 Tablets), 2. Tampering with a Controlled Substance, 3. Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance. Arrest result of an investigation into a larceny of prescription medications from the Phoenix House in Exeter, RI. Consent to search was conducted at defendants home where 100 tablets were recovered. Subject was interviewed at barracks then arraigned before a justice of the peace and released on 10,000 personal recognizance with future court dates.

On April 2, 2007 at 11:00 PM troopers arrested Jose MUNIZ, age 44 of 113 Rock Ridge, Woonsocket for 1) Providing a False Document to Official and 2) Operating without a License. Arrest a result of a motor vehicle stop Route 95 North. Subject arraigned before a justice of the peace and released with future court dates.
