Richard Gasquet 's cocaine-kiss is not over yet. The Frenchman will go before the highest court in sports next week for what he says was a cocaine-tainted kiss in a nightclub. In March before playing at the Master Series event in Miami, Gasquet failed a drug test and was suspended. The World Anti-Doping Agency and International Tennis Federation have asked the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland to ban him for one to two years. Richard Gasquet , who high-kicked his way right out of Miami with a recurring shoulder injury, has made some major changes to his team. The Frenchie headcase began the season well, making the semifinals in Brisbane + Sydney , but has struggled recently with his game. Last Sunday the French Tennis Federation (FFT) confirmed that world number 23 Richard Gasquet was positively tested on cocaine. “If it is a true, it would be sad news for Richard, for tennis in general and for the French tennis of course,” was their comment. Richard Gasquet tested positive for cocaine during Miami, reports L'Equipe. The French sports newspaper says Gasquet's urine sample contained 1.46 mg of the banned drug, an amount over the anti-doping threshold of 0.5 mg. BASEL (Switzerland) - FRENCHMAN Richard Gasquet will appear before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne on Tuesday with the fate of his tennis career hanging in the balance.
