When lead singer and heavy metal legend ROB HALFORD left JUDAS PRIEST in the early ’90s (following two decades of service in the veteran band), he quickly rebounded with a ferocious new metal band called Fight, which he co-founded with Priest drummer Scott Travis. I love metal and I love the holidays. Put them both together, and I am in all my glory. And glory be, because Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford has just released a holiday album with his solo project Halford ! According to sources, this rumor is true! Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford is planning on doing a Christmas album on his new Metal God label. Sweet! Something for us headbangers to listen to around Christmastime. Yay. The album will be called, “Winter Songs” and will feature holiday tunes “What Child Is This” and “Come All Ye Faithful”.
