Rob Lowe

Rob Lowe is a well known American actor who became famous in the 80's with such movies as St. Elmo's Fire and The Outsiders. Since then he has appeared in such cult classics as Wayne's World and the Austin Powers trilogy. Lowe also appeared on the well-known television series The West Wing as Sam Seaborn, and can currently be seen on the series Brothers and Sisters. He is married to Sheryl Berkoff, they have two sons and reside in Montecito, CA.

Rob Lowe -- Settles two nanny lawsuits in 24 hours

Former Rob Lowe nanny Jessica Gibson claimed that Lowe groped her and exposed himsef while she worked for the family. Most people manage to get through life without any lawsuits filed against them from former nannies, but Rob Lowe has settled two of them in the past 24 hours.

The first nanny, Jessica Gibson, was actually preemptively sued by Lowe, alleging that the former nanny was attempting to blackmail him. Gibson alleged that Lowe groped her and exposed himself while she worked for family for nearly seven years.

The second nanny, Laura Boyce, alleged that Lowe's wife Sheryl Lowe of slinging racial and sexual epithets during the seven months she spent caring got the Lowe's two children.

Both of the suits were dropped by the agreement of both parties outside of court. It's not known if any financial settlements were a part of the agreements.
