Rob Meier gets contract extension

Rob Meier signed a four-year contract extension with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He stated career-high nine games last season and finished with 37 tackles and four sacks.

“We’ll see where that goes,” Coach Jack Del Rio said. “From our standpoint, we feel like we made fair, legitimate proposals to both guys. One guy is happy with it, and the other is out there waiting.”
