Robert Culp , the actor best known for playing Kelly Robinson in the Bill Cosby series I Spy , has passed away today. According to ABCNews.com , he died after falling at his home in Los Angeles. An LA police spokesman said Culp took a tumble and hit his head while taking a walk outside his house. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he passed away. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Robert Culp , the actor who teamed with Bill Cosby in the racially groundbreaking TV series “I Spy” and was Bob in the critically acclaimed sex comedy “ Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice ,” died Wednesday after collapsing outside his Hollywood home, his agent said. Actor Robert Culp , who starred with Bill Cosby in the 1960s NBC series I Spy , is dead at the age of 79.  Culp had collapsed outside of his home in Hollywood yesterday. Culp managed to sustain a 40-year career in Hollywood following I Spy , notably in the 1980s ABC hit The Greatest American Hero .
