Robert Davi Lobbies For A Tax Cut For Pet Owners

Actor Robert Davi is pushing for a health care bill, but it's not what you think. He is all for people getting tax cuts, for being pet owners. He's lobbying for a $3,500 per person tax break for those who own furry (or scaly or winged) friends. He's joining forces with a Michigan conservative Congressman to try to get the proposition passed. It's probably a long shot, but, why not?

He's really onto something, at least in terms of public support. Who isn't for cute animals and tax cuts? Supporters are hoping the incentive gets people to adopt animals in these tough economic times. Everyone wins! The prop even sends the message in its title: HAPPY Act, Humanity And Pets Partnered Through The Years. It's a little off, but go with it.
